Changing Space is located in Towcester, within easy reach of Bicester, Brackley, Buckingham, Daventry, Milton Keynes, and Northampton. My practice room is a dedicated space used only by Changing Space and is based in a listed building located in a quiet courtyard in the heart of the town.  Free car parking is available only a minute walk away.

If you are interested in therapy at Changing Space I will offer you an initial

assessment. This is a means for us to explore the circumstances which have

brought you to counselling, what you hope to achieve, if counselling is the

most appropriate way forward for you and if we would feel comfortable

working together. There is no obligation for you to have any further sessions.

The fee for an initial consultation is £35.00. Thereafter counselling sessions

last 50 minutes and the fee is £70.00 per session for individuals and £100.00

for couples. Fees for home/residence counselling would be discussed

separately. Fees for supervision can be found on the supervision page.

I have a limited number of concessions available to counselling

students or those on low incomes or receiving income support.

The session fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice when it is not possible to rearrange the appointment in the same week.
